- How do I care for my product(s)?
- Most items are handcrafted out of pure wool or wool blends with other natural fibres. These fibres were chosen to give your item a luxurious texture and feel. As such, unless otherwise specified in the product description, all items MUST be hand washed in cool water and laid flat to dry. You may roll the item(s) in a towel to squeeze out excess water, but care must be taken to avoid agitation when the fibres are wet. Please note that washing machines with the "hand wash" option are NOT safe and will not prevent your item(s) from felting and shrinking. Please contact me directly if you have any further questions about caring for your Mamique product.
- How long before my order ships?
- Unless otherwise specified, all items are made to order. Most items will ship within one week from the time of purchase. During special promotions or sales, the time may be extended to two or three weeks from the time of purchase. If you require your item(s) sooner, please contact me directly and I will advise you of the different options available to you.

- Why are there so many "sold out" products in your store?
- Unlike some of my competitors, I do not have an assistant or a knitter to do the work for me. I pride myself in handcrafting each and every item myself to ensure the highest quality for your product. This is a craft that requires a significant time committment and as such I can only complete a limited number of items per week. The products that are "sold out" are still available, but will not be released for purchase until I have had time to catch up with the orders already accepted. You are still able to request a CUSTOM ORDER for one of those products, but I cannot guarantee shipment within one week of purchase.
- Can I order something not shown in your store?

The answer depends on what you are looking for.
If you are looking for an item I had for sale in the past, most likely the yarn I used has been discontinued and thus the item is no longer available.
If you are looking for an item that one of my competitors makes, I will not be accepting custom orders for exact replicas of someone else's design.
If you would like me to create something you yourself had envisioned, I would be more than happy to bring it to life (like I have for several of my clients).

- What forms of payment do you accept?

This store gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Your confidential credit card information is never seen by me or any other parties affiliated with Big Cartelâ„¢. Only PayPal has access to that information in order to process your payment.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
